When exactly does the 48 hours start?
When we confirm we’ve received everything on your content checklist — we’ll reply “Got it all, clock starts now” so there’s never any doubt. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you the same day.
What do I need to send you?
Your business name and logo (no logo? we’ll set your name in clean type), 3–10 photos, what you do and what it costs, your hours, and how customers should reach you. Most owners gather it in 15 minutes from their phone.
What if I want changes?
Two revision rounds are included inside the 48 hours — that covers almost everyone. Bigger changes after launch are exactly what the $50/month Care Plan is for, or we’ll quote small jobs flat.
Do I need to buy hosting or a domain?
Your web address — for example, joes-autorepair.com — runs about $12/year and stays in your name. We’ll help you register it. Hosting is included in the Care Plan, or we’ll set you up on a free tier and hand over the keys.
What isn’t included in the $300?
Online stores, booking systems with payments, and sites over one page — those are quoted honestly as Business builds or custom work. No surprise add-ons: if it costs more, you’ll know before we start.
